1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order before it ships.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses via USPS, UPS, or carrier services shown at checkout.
3. DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
If tracking shows delivered, but you did not receive your package, please:

Allow 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
If you still cannot locate your package, contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Once a package is marked delivered, Mikaela Luv LLC is not responsible for replacement or reimbursement.
5. SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS
Please double-check your address during checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to:

Incorrect addresses

Mistyped addresses
If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address — but this is not guaranteed.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment fees.
6. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is lost or delayed in transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Packages marked “delivered” but not received
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the box and damaged items

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we currently do not offer international shipping unless explicitly stated on a product page.

8. PRE-ORDER & CUSTOM ITEMS
Pre-order items or custom-made products may have extended processing or shipping times.
Estimated timeframes will be listed on the product page.
Placing a pre-order means you understand and agree to these longer timelines.
9. SHIPPING DURING PEAK SEASONS
During holidays or major sale periods, carriers may experience delays.
Please order early to ensure timely delivery.
